FAQ
How do I place an order?
Call or WhatsApp us with your name, delivery area and how many 20L jumbos you need. A dispatcher confirms your order before the truck leaves.
How long does a delivery take?
We deliver within 24 hours of receiving your order, so your water arrives quickly and reliably.
How are the bottles cleaned?
Every returned jumbo is inspected, caustic washed, rinsed and sanitised before it re-enters the filling line. Bottles past their service life are retired.
Do you supply dispensers?
Yes. Hot and cold dispensers are available for purchase, and offices on a monthly plan receive one on free loan.
